Hi, I'm Angie Cyr and I have been married for over 20 years to my wonderful husband, Michael and we have been blessed with two wonderful kids ages 9 and 19.  We live in sunny southern California.

I was very unhealthy a few years ago and needed energy to help my family cope with everything they were going through. I prayed for energy and I got a whole lot more! I believe my prayers were answered when my friend told me about a Beachbody program to use at home. It was a long and hard journey to health as I had a lot of obstacles to overcome, but thanks to the wonderful online community and my coach at Team Beachbody I was able to stick to my journey and reach my goal!
